Collaborate. Innovate. Create.
Take part in a unique opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and create real-world solutions for better health and wellness in a cutting-edge setting, while collaborating with like-minded peers and professionals from across the University of Calgary. This year's challenge has been provided by the University of Calgary's Office of Sustainability. You will have 48-hours to come up with a solution with your interdisciplinary team, then present to your peers and judges on the Sunday.
When:
- Friday, October 19th: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Saturday, October 20th: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Sunday, October 21st: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Core CIC programming and work time is built into these hours. Teams may stay later on the Friday and Saturday to work, but is not mandatory. Students must be available to participate all three days to be a part of CIC.

Who can participate:
Undergraduate students from the following University of Calgary faculties:
- Cumming School of Medicine
- Faculty of Arts
- Faculty of Environmental Design (Graduate students accepted)
- Faculty of Kinesiology
- Faculty of Law
- Faculty of Nursing
- Faculty of Science
- Faculty of Social Work
- Haskayne School of Business
- Schulich School of Engineering
- Werklund School of Education
If your faculty is sold out, please sign up for the waitlist to be notified if space becomes available.

What do I need to do?
Hurry – only the first 10 students from each faculty will be accepted, first come first served. All others will be placed on a wait list.
Deadline for registration is Friday, October 12, 2018
Bring a laptop, and be available for the entire 48-hour period.
The FINE PRINT
The event will be photographed and portions will also be video recorded.
We will consider dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee they will be accommodated.
